Depending on the context, we may process:

We process data for the following purposes:

a) Contact and inquiry handling

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).

b) Performance of services and contracts

Including hydrogeological services, drilling, well maintenance, and related work.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

c) Invoicing and legal obligations

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

d) Marketing of our own services

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

e) Website operation, security, analytics and statistics

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller, in particular:

  • IT and hosting providers,
  • e-mail service providers,
  • accounting firms,
  • law firms,
  • subcontractors providing technical and specialist services for the Controller.

to the extent necessary for hydrogeological services, drilling, renovation, repair, and well maintenance carried out on behalf of HydroNexis Sp. z o.o.

7. Data processing entrustment

The Controller may entrust personal data processing to third parties under appropriate agreements, in line with Article 28 GDPR.

Data processors:

  • act only on documented instructions from the Controller,
  • are bound by confidentiality obligations,
  • implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards,
  • are not authorized to use the data for their own purposes, including their own marketing or commercial activities.

This also applies to Hydro-Wolski Sp.j., which acts as a processor (subcontractor) exclusively on behalf of the Controller.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If data transfer outside the EEA is required due to technological tools, this is done strictly in accordance with applicable law and with appropriate safeguards.

We retain data for the period:

Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary for:

  • responding to your inquiry,
  • concluding and performing a contract,
  • providing a service,
  • issuing accounting documents.
